The Zahrastnik organic farm is known for their spelt and buckwheat flour and spelt bread, for which they received a certificate of organic farming and processing. The organic wholegrain spelt bread is made from their own spelt, which is grounded into flour in their mill. It received the highest award – quality label at the culinary event Delicacies of Slovenian Farms.
The collective brand "Okusiti Laško" preserves and upgrades the gastronomic heritage of the area, promotes sustainable gastronomic tourism and local self-sufficiency, and emphasizes the importance of nutrition and health.
