You can contact us on workdays (Monday-Friday) between 8am and 6pm and Saturdays between 9am and 2pm, except on national holidays.

General terms and conditions

Purchase is defined as an user order request of one or more e-store products. Ordering from www.lasko.info takes place 24/7 all year round. Product delivery is carried out as described below.

When ordering from www.lasko.info, the customer (user) has to provide the following info:

  • valid email address,
  • name and surname,
  • mobile number,
  • address for product and invoice delivery.

It is imperative that the customer info provided is correct, complete and up to date otherwise the purchase cannot be completed and will be cancelled. The customer is bounded by the general terms and conditions from the moment of purchase (order placement).

User types

Purchasing from the e-store can be completed by registered users and guest users that use the quick purchase option and do not need to be registered.

When registering you will be assigned an username that corresponds with your email and a password chosen by the user. At any time the user can change their e-mail or password by visiting the user profile.

Information Accessibility

The information provided to the customer by STIK Laško will always include:

  • company identity (name and address, VAT and registration number),
  • contact information that allows prompt and effective communication (email, telephone number),
  • essential product or service specifications (including after-sale services and warranty),
  • product accessibility (every product advertised in the e-store must be delivered in an understandable time frame),
  • delivery terms (service, location, time frame),
  • all prices must be clear and specify the inclusion of VAT or delivery fee,
  • payment and delivery process,
  • offer time limitations,
  • agreement cancellation time frame and terms; return policy fees,
  • appeal process including the appropriate contact information.

Offer and prices

Due to the nature of e-commerce, the prices and offer in the STIK Laško e-store are updated and changed frequently. We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice. The price in the e-store remains identical for registered users and guest users. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT. The prices are valid at the time of order placement, their validity is not determined in advance. Any reduced prices are time limited, as shown in the e-store. We reserve the right to  errors, price and text changes.


Purchase (order) and prices

The purchase agreement between STIK Laško and the customer is valid from the first order confirmation email sent by STIK Laško. From that moment on, all order prices and terms are fixed for the customer, as well as STIK Laško.

The purchase agreement (first order confirmation email) is saved on the STIK Laško server in electronic form and can be viewed by the customer after submitting a written request. The customer will also receive a copy of the purchase agreement to their email address.

Agreement cancellation and return policy

In accordance with the 43th article of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the consumer can cancel an agreement made at a distance or outside of place of business in 14 days of its conclusion without stating a reason for their decision.

The only fee connected to the agreement cancelation for the consumer is the direct product return fee (delivery cost).

If the customer cancels the agreement, STIK Laško will return all payments made via the same means of payment. The company will return the payment as promptly as possible or 8 days after the product return at the latest. The claim must be sent to info@lasko.info in the term stated.

I the customer decides to return or exchange any products he must send them back in order to receive a replacement (in case of an exchange). In this case, the customer must cover both the cost of sending back items as well as their second delivery. The customer does not cover the postage fee in both ways in case of a product defect. When a customer wants to exchange or return an item, he can do so via any normal or express mailing service at their own expense.

Product defect

When reporting a product defect, the customer needs to provide detailed defect information, abide by a prescribed and allow product inspection.  The right to product defect enforcement is further detailed in the consumer protection act. 


STIK Laško e-store offers the following ways of payment:

  • cash at collection through the DPD d.o.o. delivery service,
  • e-store card payment (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron),
  • cash or card payment (Activa, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, BA Maestro) when collecting in person at TIC-u Laško (Valvasorjev trg 1, Laško).

Delivery and collection fees are specified at the end of the purchase and are based on item weight. In-person collection can be made at TIC Laško in which case there are no delivery fees.


STIK Laško’s home delivery contractor is DPD d.o.o. who’s normal delivery hours are weekdays between 8am and 4pm. No deliveries will be made on Sundays and national holidays.

Items will be delivered to the address chosen by the customer during the purchase.

Delivery fees are based on item weight and the valid price list of DPD d.o.o.

Delivery fees are charged in the e-store and seen on the order copy.

Delivery Terms

All orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 will be sent out on the same day. When paying after delivery or with a credit card the deliveries will be completed in accordance with the  DPD d. o. o. rules.

Orders that have a marked payment on the pro forma invoice will be sent out upon receiving the transaction to the STIK bank account. Orders submitted during weekends will be processed on the next working day. The extended delivery period on marked items is always abided by. Warning: this conditions and fees are valid exclusively in the Republic of Slovenia.


STIK Laško respects the privacy of its customers and within that their right to  data confidentiality and privacy. It is our duty to protect all personal data that the customer provides during the online commerce and communication with STIK Laško. The personal data is provided voluntarily and is being stored and processed in accordance with the law.  STIK Laško ensures the security of all customer data imported as part of the electronic commerce. Every registered user has access to their personal data that can be edited, changed and deleted at any time from their user profile which is set up when logging in at www-lasko.info. The user data will be saved in accordance with the service requirements and will be deleted after the term prescribed by law. The personal data is being gathered in order for the customer needs to be met effectively and promptly which includes: profile setup, order processing, e-store functions accessibility, e-news  and upcoming events subscription and possible cooperation in internal market research and consultations.
