The Belej farm offers a wide variety of fresh vegetables from integrated production: potatoes, tomatoes, mild and hot peppers, eggplant, lettuce, endive, radicchio, beans, carrots, parsley, celery root, radish, leeks, slicing and pickling cucumbers, zucchini, cabbage, leaf cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, shallot, garlic, chard and strawberries.
The collective brand "Okusiti Laško" preserves and upgrades the gastronomic heritage of the area, promotes sustainable gastronomic tourism and local self-sufficiency, and emphasizes the importance of nutrition and health.
