At the “Pri Klezin” farm, they manually produce beetroot and garlic of the indigenous Slovenian variety known as “Ptuj spring”, which is distinguished by a pungent and rich flavour. After the harvest, they put it in the hayrack to dry. They offer garlic bulbs as well as garlic braids.
The collective brand "Okusiti Laško" preserves and upgrades the gastronomic heritage of the area, promotes sustainable gastronomic tourism and local self-sufficiency, and emphasizes the importance of nutrition and health.
