As Krškopolje pigs and goats graze peacefully near our spacious terrace and salted pumpkin seeds roast in the courtyard’s open oven, visitors can explore our museum of old household items and farm tools. The collection features items from our family’s historic house, proudly marked with the year 1865 above its entrance. One of our most treasured pieces is a 300-year-old rabbit – a story best heard in person!
Hikers, cyclists, and travelers exploring the trails between Celje Hut and Svetina often visit us for pre-ordered Sunday lunches. We take pride in serving dishes made from homegrown vegetables, locally sourced meat and cured products, fresh fruit, herbs, and wild mushrooms from nearby forests. The aroma of browned cream and farm-fresh delicacies fills our kitchen, promising a meal to remember.
