On a small farm by the Sava river, they grow fresh vegetables (lettuce, radicchio, cabbage, new potatoes) and Tartary buckwheat in a traditional way. They make coffee substitute made of roasted Tartary buckwheat seeds, Tartary buckwheat bran, Tartary buckwheat flour and pillows filled with Tartary buckwheat hulls.
The collective brand "Okusiti Laško" preserves and upgrades the gastronomic heritage of the area, promotes sustainable gastronomic tourism and local self-sufficiency, and emphasizes the importance of nutrition and health.
