Below the top of the hill of Šmohor with its old linden trees, dating back to the late Middle Ages, stands the Kneja farm with a traditional distillery. You can taste and buy the multi-award-winning plum, pear and apple spirit. They make a unique spirit made of fruits and flowers of the old Šmohor linden trees.
The collective brand "Okusiti Laško" preserves and upgrades the gastronomic heritage of the area, promotes sustainable gastronomic tourism and local self-sufficiency, and emphasizes the importance of nutrition and health.
