Baked apples with browned cream

In Rimske terme, they found inspiration for this popular house dessert in the fruits from old apple trees and in the traditional cream, which is not white as usual, but slightly caramelised because it has been baked in the oven. The dessert in a glass inspires with a new combination of old, almost forgotten flavours.
