The Michelin Plate is an award for carefully prepared quality food with fresh ingredients. Marko Pavčnik has already been preparing such dishes long before receiving the first award.
The Pavus restaurant promotes local, seasonal and creative cuisine which varies with every season. Pavus is the first House of Gastronomy which prides itself with the Taste Laško certificate.
As many as 90 percent of ingredients, which Marko Pavčnik uses in his kitchen, are of local origin. And the majority of them are collected in the vicinity of the Tabor castle.
